After each sale, you will receive an email notification. To complete the sale, login to your Dashboard and click on the Orders tab.

Order Page

This page shows your orders, order total, order status, customer details, order date, and order action. You can view order details and complete orders from order action.

Order Status

You can view your process order status from the order list. There are more order status options in the order details.

Order Notes

You can add a note to an order for the customer or for private view. For the customer, they will get an email notification for every note added. For private view, only the seller will get the email notification.

Add Tracking Information

From the Orders page, click on the Order #. At the bottom, right of the screen is a Tracking Number button. Click the Tracking Number button to enter the Shipping Provider Name/URL, Tracking Number, and Date Shipped. Adding accurate tracking information covers you in case of a fraudulent dispute, and updates are automatically emailed to the buyer.

Few Reminders

  • You’ll get paid immediately after each sale. Make sure to update your PayPal email by going to your Dashboard, Settings, and Payment. At the bottom of the Payment screen, you can update your PayPal email.
