How do I register?

On the top menu bar, click on REGISTER. You can register as a customer or a seller.

How do I purchase an item?

You can purchase an item as a member or a guest. Simply add an item to your cart and checkout. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. At PayPal secured checkout, select “Pay with a credit or debit card”.

How do I view my purchase history?

You can view your orders and their status on your My Account page.

How do I update my billing or shipping address?

You can update your billing and shipping address on your My Account page.

How fast is shipping?

A shipping calculator is available during checkout, as well as on the Shipping tab of each product listing. Each seller sets their own shipping policy, and it is their responsibility to ship your order in a safe and timely manner. You will receive shipping confirmation as soon as the seller uploads tracking information.

What if I have an issue?

After your purchase, you will receive an invoice with the sellers contact information. Please contact the seller first with any issues you may have, as it may be a misunderstanding or easily resolved. I’ve received my order, but the size is wrong/they’re damaged:
After each transaction, you have up to 180 days to open a dispute on PayPal.

I haven’t received my order:

I want to cancel my order:
First, contact the seller by email, who will cancel the transaction on PayPal. You should then send us an email ( with the proof of cancellation.

The seller isn’t refunding me:
