How do I register?
Registering for a HypeTrader account is 100% free. You can register as a customer or a seller. Just head over to REGISTER and in just a few clicks, you’ve become a member of the HypeTrader community.
If I registered as a customer, can I become a seller?
Yes, click on the BECOME A SELLER button at the bottom of your My Account page.
How do I access my seller dashboard?
Click on the user icon on the top menu bar. From the dropdown menu, click on Dashboard. In your seller Dashboard, you can update your settings, setup your store, add a product, manage your orders, view sales reports, and much more.
How do I add and edit a product?

When do I get paid?
You will get paid immediately after each sale via PayPal. Make sure to update your PayPal email by going to your Dashboard ‣ Settings ‣ Payment. At the bottom of the Payment screen, you can update your PayPal email.

Do I need a PayPal account?
Yes, PayPal is the way you are getting paid. The service enables global e-commerce by making payment transaction between different countries, currencies and languages possible. Please be sure to review PayPal’s fees per transaction as they are charged separately upon each purchase.
How much is it to list my item for sale?
Creating a store and listing your items for sale is free! Turn your passion into a business. Sell sneakers to casual buyers and serious collectors. Create listings in minutes. How many products can I upload?
There is no limit to how many products you can upload, however, we do ask that you consider the flow of your store. Products that are the same, or at least work well together should be grouped. The same listing cannot be uploaded twice. Only original products will be accepted on HypeTrader.
Is there a fee when my item sells?
Sales completed on HypeTrader.com are simple and straightforward. No listing fees, no setup fees, no monthly fees. There is a small 7% fee only after you sell an item, amongst the lowest in the industry. So there is nothing to lose, and a whole lot to gain! The entire remaining balance is immediately credited to your PayPal account. Please note, the fees will be charged instantly from your PayPal account upon checkout. Our parent company INTERNET XTRA LLC, not HypeTrader.com, will appear on your PayPal statement.
What are store policies?
This is where you, as a seller, communicate with your buyers. You can outline shipping details, processing times, return instructions and other policies as well as any other information that might be important to the sale.
When should I ship my items?
If the buyer is PayPal verified, you may ship the item(s) immediately. If not, we recommend you wait until the funds are transferred to your bank account before shipping. We ask all sellers ship their orders in a safe and timely manner. Failure to do so may result in an indefinite suspension of their account. A response to orders with quick shipping will always satisfy customers. Always offer an insured shipping method to reassure your buyer. You’ll receive positive reviews and be perceived as a trustworthy seller!
How do I refund or cancel an order?
Log into your Paypal account, open the transaction that you want to refund. On the transaction page, there will be a “Refund” button which will refund the payment to the buyer. Simple!

You, you and you! HypeTrader will give you the tools to edit, track and promote your store, so you can concentrate on your passion. You add the products, and we’ll help you promote them! Every seller under our roof benefits from heaps of traffic.
